Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations received within a 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations received without a 24 hours time frame from the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $125 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. Valid for all fees – the cancellation fee will be deducted from all funds that will be returned if paid in advance or will be charged from the original payment method if funds have not yet been received.
